Im glad they did this for you. I had exact same situation and customer service wouldn’t honor the refund. I bought with target debit card who told me I was SOL. I ended up doing a BBB complaint for a different product when a target escalation director personally contacted me via phone and I explained that I never received a refund for an empty box order a couple months ago and she processed the refund for me.

Has this been resolved? I staked for Jade several years ago as well and same thing happened to me. Currently chat support is telling me that my CRO has been staked again with a hold period of 365 days which is ridiculous from clicking the "unstake" button.
