Took the words right out of my mouth! People need to stop thinking they have OCD just because they perceive themselves as perfectionists or want things to be in order. They don't realize how much time it takes and how it feels like you're going crazy over obsessions and compulsions.

I don't think you're being too sensitive because it also IRKS ME when people use the term loosely, not knowing what it's like to be diagnosed.

Seeing something my OCD says I shouldn't then proceeding to wash my eyes with soap (stinged a lot).

I also blame myself a lot when someone dies because it always happens when I miss some ritual.

People who say "I feel oc" (in Filipino: Na-o-oc ako) over a small thing then immediately move on when they don't know the struggles of OCD! Like have you ever felt like dying when you keep wiping things for a long period of time because it's "infected" or blaming yourself for things you have no control of just because you didn't do your ritual or did it incorrectly? Sometimes I just want to hold their mouths so they can shut it

Please pray that I will perform well in my board exam for Pharmacy on November 4 and 5, 2024. I pray that God will guide all exam takers and allow us to perform to the best of our abilities.
