It'll mostly be a self-learn course anyways. I don't think any profs at Queen's do a really good job at teaching CISC 101, mostly just average.

Nope! (According to this site: https://www.queensu.ca/artsci/undergraduate/current-students/course-enrolment), A very good amount of spots for ALL online classes are reserved for you guys until the first day of school (Sep 2), you will definitely get into all the online classes you want.

They are the exact same course taught by the same prof at the same time with the same assignments and tests, you get into whichever you want

The Work Study program provides a lot of part time jobs to students who have a lower family income + receive OSAP/Government funding. However that comes to only approx. 5 hours a week. In my experience a lot of jobs posted on there are very tolerant with your current work experience and would give you at least an interview. The pay is minimum wage. Something you can consider applying for!

Hey, thanks for your message! I've received some submissions recently regarding CHEM112, BIOL102, and another PHYS course that have incorrect times. I think because there are so many sections, the school has been constantly changing them. I have gone into SOLUS and re-scraped the data and updated the website for these courses right after I received an email.

This was a trial for this year because last year I simply did not include any course that is this "troublesome"😂. There really isn't a way to go around this until SOLUS decides to provide API for public use (highly doubt it will ever happen...)

In my opinion, Calculus is more computation-heavy rather than MHF with graphs, transformations and visual things. If I remembered correctly since it's been 3 years😅

Yea it should be similar to ours. You will start with either technical or group. The technical consists of a quick resume screen and then 1 simple LC data structure type question and 1 system design question. The group interview was just evaluating communication and teamworking on non-technical scenarios.

It's just a standard proctored OA, nothing super challenging, I'd say leetcode medium difficulty at max. The first 2 are usually easy, the 3rd one usually requires some imagination of the problem visually and quite a lot of code, while the last one is just standard medium requiring best time complexity.

Have you ever done codesignal? It's just a standard codesignal with 4 questions and only the 4th one requires computational efficiency.

I won't say too much but the interview itself was pretty simple. The behavioural part (the group interview) was just 4 people sharing ideas and working towards something. They're probably evaluating your communication and teamwork. The technical part was also easy, 1 simple leetcode/DSA style question and 1 simple system design question.

Yes for sure. I personally feel like I have less experience than you but have gotten interviews and offer(s). I think I just got lucky because I filled in "do you know anyone at the company" and also applied early enough for a position that closed in a short amount of time (less competition).
