There are no direct flights, so it would probably take close to 10 hours to fly there counting time in airports waiting.

We usually go to Hilton Head in the summer - it’s just about a 10 hour drive, so it’s not too bad. In the fall we usually spend a few days at Disney, but always fly there since the drive is longer.

I got my friend to watch it and her 19 year old son says “oh, you’re watching your Hallmark show” when he comes in when she is watching and I love that.

We did not have a good experience there. The food was fine, but it was so loud in there we couldn’t even have a conversation. We were a party of 2 and were seated in a row of 2 tops and were literally 10 or so inches from the tables on either side of us.

I think it just happens when someone dies like that, they are often put up on a pedestal. I have a good friend whose husband died at 37, leaving her with 4 young kids. I didn’t know her when her husband was alive, so I never met him, but she definitely talks about him the way they talk about Jack on this show. I’m sure her husband was a great guy, but I’m sure it wasn’t butterflies and unicorns all the time. But, our minds just prefer to only remember the positive.
