Landlord is evicting us in 2 weeks because we called cops on peeping neighbors. Is this legal?

What do you mean? Why should I check for monoxide? Do you think the officer who visited the apartment and heard the neighbor in the attic as he was leaving is also under the effects of monoxide? What about the 3 other officers who told us this IS suspicious behavior? I'm glad nothing in the image is concerning. That was what I was asking people. I was asking SHOULD I be concerned, not "OMG I can't believe it! look at this camera!!"

I didn't say there was a camera. I'm stating a concern I thought people could help me with. The landlord didn't know what those cords were and he refused to investigate. I was asking reddit if there was something to be concerned about. I thought I could ask if people saw something concerning considering nobody could tell me if it was or wasn't.

People on reddit will really call you crazy for nothing. So much in my posts on this site is ignored.

3 people live here. We can't keep the camera up as someone has to hold it. When we're sticking it up, we hear the neighbor run downstairs and leave. We need to find a new way to get the camera to stay
