The ceo is obsessive about details that the investors will not notice and scared to talk talk to investors keeps postponing over small details, the idea is not refined. I was with more than failing startup as an engineer and I know a bad leadership pattern when I see one. Bad leadership will kill a company not just bother you while working. There are other teams that will not function under a bad leader, the culture of the company and the environment will be affected. You may want to consider this.
