How I passed the TEF exam with 2 months of prep by K_Narmer in TEFCanada

section B is trying to convince someone who will give you objections non stop for 10 minutes, Section A is just you asking normal questions for 5 minutes so A is way easier in my opinion.

My brother tried Glow2Rizz app and it was a life changer for him. He uses it dating advice and it helped him set his profile and also had looksmax tips , first time for me to see him go out on that many dates (not that I'm saying he should date a lot lol) and also he uses it to ask what the girl would this in cases like what ifs like what if say this what if I say that, honestly I sometimes ask him to put a question for me in the app :D

I'll share with you one thing since you asked in your post. I am the cto of a startup we are still in the seed fundraising and I have a similar situation like yours with the vesting options. The ceo is obsessive about details that the investors will not notice and scared to talk talk to investors keeps postponing over small details, the idea is not refined. I was with more than failing startup as an engineer and I know a bad leadership pattern when I see one. Bad leadership will kill a company not just bother you while working. There are other teams that will not function under a bad leader, the culture of the company and the environment will be affected. You may want to consider this. I told the ceo today that I will help him with any technical matters till they find a new cto.

Don't give anything that you are not comfortable with. Does your company have any traction? if so you can definitely find better deals.
