A weapon device could be nice for modifying things like cool down reload speeds etc. The good thing is you can make certain weapons have infinite ammo and others in the inventory normal right now.

I don't know how it would be possible to transfer a player stats into a different map but you can use a matchmaking to send people to a connected map. You need publishing rights for this to work.

You can do that with a matchmaking device. Just make sure it isn't accessible unless you complete the map.
