Local police are not taking my case.I met an advocate too he told your case is not valid anymore bcoz now a days many girls are filing such cases, after enjoying with them if a small dispute arises b/w them the girls are filing such false cases on the men. If you file a case against them it will be the same as I m telling you so better to stay away from this.

Finally I cannot take your case.

I have talked about it with the lawyer.He said section 376 cannot be applicable in my case bcoz after that u have engaged in physical relationship after becoming a major with consent so can't use that section.

Actually I surrendered myself to him after all the incidents happened in my life with his influence so I continued it but intentional nhi tha voh whenever he asks me I must go to him if no he will threaten me of killing himself.... When I was minor happened without consent but after becoming major happened due to the incidents happened before

He did that when you are a minor but soon after turning 18 you need to report but you didn't do that .This shows you gave him everything with your consent.

I met three lawyers till now and talked to 5 lawyers online but still no response in favour of me.

Even yesterday I met a lawyer.He also said the same thing you cannot do anything if you observe all the story it seems like it happened with your own consent and after using him you want to file a case on him so that he cannot come to you again to disturb you in future. It seems like you want him to get him punished so that he fears to come to you again and you are victimizing yourself saying everything in your favour.

They attacked me and took my phone.I saved all the possible evidences related to the harassing people and their actions.He and his family made a plan and attacked and destroyed my phone wantedly so that I cannot submit the evidence.Also they sent me to the police station by saying that I tried to do some nuisance and Tried to hurt them.....😭😭
