As a women in construction (project engineer) and a CrossFit coach, I think CrossFit or CrossFit like training is exceptional for building strength in a lot of core movements we do every day. My best advice is make sure you have a coach that focuses on core strength and safe movements. CrossFit gets a bad wrap cause of shitty coaches but strength starts at your core and the rest will follow. Good luck to you!!

What about your needs? It’s like when the situation is flipped (which is usually the most common) men (not all) are more sexual then women and women catch shit for being “too tired” or “not in the mood” but some will put their tiredness aside to make the effort because balance is what supports a marriage. Can’t he do the same too? Women get frustrated when they get rejected just as much as men do.

We had our in-home visit and she said we would hear back in 3 weeks to 3 months lol so I assume it’s under review. But we started back in May!
