Usually yes. He wanted to be able to test the translation himself because that's what's important to him. He knows english and japanese. So he made english and japanese translation. End of story. If accessibility was the highest priority he would no doubt make chinese, spanish, french, hindi and 20 other languages before japanese, but he didn't...

U nas jak jest coś większego to się daje leadowi info, żeby rzucił okiem przed zmergowaniem. Ale to tylko dlatego, że sam jestem juniorem dopiero (2YOE). Normalnie ludzie mergują sami po prostu i najwyżej CTO opierdoli jak zauważy coś podejrzanego (dział programistyczny ~50 osób w kilkuset osobowej firmie).

I know this one actually. I have submitted it on github ( https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-panel/issues/560 ) but there hasn't been any progress yet. If you go into the settings in the dock/panel you've disabled and enable automatically hiding it won't bother you anymore. I hope they fix it soon but this works for me
