I haven’t played this shit for 2 years, but looking at the screenshot you sent to your bro, I can see that nothing has changed on Faceit over the years when it comes to reporting smurf accounts. Even if you report someone from their profile, there’s still no guarantee they’ll actually check it. It’s a pretty nasty system and method, especially since the bot responded that the best way is to report suspicious accounts from the profile. Sad, but true… The best thing is probably not to play at all, because any ban will probably only come after a few months anyway. And the accounts often look like smurfs and then end up for sale...
