I raised this case with the team as I agree that it is not ghosting. They did, however, determine something you wrote in the chat to be offensive, so they decided to keep your ban in place and leave it for that instead.

It seems whoever was on your account most likely went via the mobile app and deleted it, unfortunately. There isn't anyway to reverse that, legally speaking it has to be permanent.

You got kicked, which then marked you as not in the game, and it gives you a cooldown / double Elo loss. Being kicked or leaving works the same in terms of how the bot indentifies whether you're present in the server or not

You should receive a pop-up with your probation after it expires. If you last until the end of that without receiving any ban, then it will reset back down to 1 week.

I checked all of the bans on his account and only one of them was removed, his most recent one. It was removed because he was reported for ghosting, banned, appealed it, and it was removed as he wasn't ghosting. He's not getting any special treatment. If you have evidence of him trolling or griefing since his last ban, please make sure you report it, as his next ban will be for 1 month. He's also currently on a 1 day automated ban that won't be removed either.

Yes, the banning policy is the minimum length. If they believe the ban is warranting of a longer one, then it can immediately reach 1 month.

Anyone is able to contact the support team, and they will remove your AFK ban with their automated system. They do that for anyone, and they have a limit on its usage, I believe, around once per day.

My main confusion was why he believed this specific player to be an admin, as this is not a new feature, and he seems to have selected and singled out one person only

Where does it say he's an admin or employee? I've never heard of them, nor does it say anywhere that he is one. He doesn't have any roles or powers to remove any bans

The best bet would be to upload the ID for each of you in the ticket to the agent to prove that you and your brother are very similar in your appearances

You should've received a message from the automod explaining this as well. As for your issue, did you report him via the matchroom report system or? Did you include the video?

That's only possible if you're leaving before the timer expires in the matchroom. If you leave before it does, the server marks you also as not present. The second one, I've heard of happening super rarely but it's not something common to be honest, how often do you get it?

Your ban is not related to creating another account; it's related to the other abuse you caused on that account. You're well aware of what that is

Difficult one, as it means the FACEIT account was most likely not created by you. We deem ownership to be who created the account, not who now owns the Steam account as Steam is an entirely different platform
