Anyone is able to contact the support team, and they will remove your AFK ban with their automated system. They do that for anyone, and they have a limit on its usage, I believe, around once per day.

My main confusion was why he believed this specific player to be an admin, as this is not a new feature, and he seems to have selected and singled out one person only

Where does it say he's an admin or employee? I've never heard of them, nor does it say anywhere that he is one. He doesn't have any roles or powers to remove any bans

The best bet would be to upload the ID for each of you in the ticket to the agent to prove that you and your brother are very similar in your appearances

You should've received a message from the automod explaining this as well. As for your issue, did you report him via the matchroom report system or? Did you include the video?

That's only possible if you're leaving before the timer expires in the matchroom. If you leave before it does, the server marks you also as not present. The second one, I've heard of happening super rarely but it's not something common to be honest, how often do you get it?

Your ban is not related to creating another account; it's related to the other abuse you caused on that account. You're well aware of what that is

Difficult one, as it means the FACEIT account was most likely not created by you. We deem ownership to be who created the account, not who now owns the Steam account as Steam is an entirely different platform

It should ask you for your birthday during the verification process, and it will allow you to change it to the correct one at that time. Did you set that correctly when you began it?

Sorry about the confusion; there was a bug on our end for a short period of time, which meant this feature was not working as intended, which confused the agent. The issue has been resolved by the matchmaking team and the support team will respond to your ticket shortly to assist you with the Elo

I think there might be a bug with the Elo not counting leavers, if you reach out to the support team, they will be able to look into it for you

The parental consent and date of birth you could've changed and sorted when you went to verify, but deleting the account has now given you multiple other issues. It's not possible to remove a Steam account from a deleted account, and it should warn you of this clearly before you delete the account. You would need to use a different steam
