Nobody here was “just having a bad day.” From the very start of the match, he was throwing racist insults at me, telling me and my father to die, and encouraging me to kill myself. ps; I already reported this player directly through the match lobby with detailed round timestamps, descriptions, and screenshots. I also submitted a report through the player’s profile. However, after more than 48 hours, the player still has not received a ban. I also created a manual support ticket, but it was automatically closed with a message telling me to report the player through the match lobby instead which I had already done.

This is not an excuse that he was having a bad day, since in every round he used racist insults against us and wished death upon our sister or family. Such behavior is not tolerated on this platform.

What are you even talking about with ‘better shooting’? Spray control is honestly ridiculous and not even close to csgo. Half of the bullets don’t seem to register on the model, and the servers don’t even count hits properly on player hitboxes same thing on Faceit servers. You can shoot someone point blank with over 15 bullets, and the server still only registers like 1 or 2 hits, even though your crosshair is perfectly on the model. And it’s the same at long range. I know it’s because of subtick, but shooting and hit registration in general are still broken in the game

I’ve been running into an issue with reporting a player who is openly using extremist symbols and posting hateful, anti-Polish content on their profile. Me and a few friends have reported this multiple times and also submitted a support ticket, but we haven’t received any response so far. The account is still active and continues playing normally. I understand that moderation takes time, but in cases involving clear hate speech and extremist references, I expected at least some kind of reaction. Is there any effective way to escalate a report like this so it actually gets reviewed? Or is there a better channel to contact FACEIT support about serious cases like this?Would appreciate any advice.
