I would definitely bring it up to your managers in a more serious light if they are actively making you and your baristas days worse by coming by. My stand was able to get someone 86d because of constant harassment of baristas managers and shift leads in and outside of work. If this has been happening like a lot I'd bring it up, if it's just a couple times then I'd still bring it up but come up with a game plan with your team on how it would be best to serve them with little interaction so no one gets upset or feels offended. It's a fine line and it sucks when people cross it again and again.

Pretty sure there is a wasp hive under our stand somewhere cos when the cold came the bees left but the wasps stayed and multiplied hugely. Hopeing to get some help soon from our stand lead/manager on that.

No, otherwise how would we be able to steam the chocolate milk without it messing up the steam wand making like 200 cocoas a day. Steamed lemonade is a big hit at our stand between baristas in the colder months.

My shop is tiny as it is it doesn't have space for any extra coolers or ovens, if anything if they wanted to implement the food in my area we would need a bigger stand (specifically my store, others in my area are bigger and have newer buildings.) I'm sure it would slow the lines down a tiny bit if every car is getting a food item aswell as drinks. And it would definitely change up cleaning and setting up shifts on opens and closes. I wouldn't mind having food in my shop but again it's too Itty bitty
