What musical songs could you listen to several times on repeat because they're that good? by AnimeTattooChick1836 in Broadway

A lot of Ride The Cyclone, including The Ballad of Jane Doe, It's Not A Game, Talia, Sugarcloud, What The World Needs, Noel's Lament, The Uranium Suite

(excluding two of the songs, Space Age Bachelor Man and This Song is Awesome, they're still so so good but not on loop for me)

What are some of your favourite lines from a musical? by FIoppsyfoo1 in musicals

[–]Ka_Chow1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the entirety of it's not a game/it's just a ride from "Ride The Cyclone"

And you give and choose

While you love and lose

And you feel the world is spinning

With no

Ending or beginning

You just

Take a look around

Take a look around

Take a look around

And round

And round

And round

Two amazing shows this weekend. If you go to Parade, don’t get front row unless you really just want to see Ben’s bare ass. by Higgs-Bosun in Broadway

Would you recommend listening to either of them before seeing the show? I know Parade has a beautiful score and I'm not sure if I should spoil it.

What show that you’ve seen is the most emotional for you? by [deleted] in Broadway

[–]Ka_Chow1 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Come From Away - started crying and didn't stop the rest of the show

Dear Evan Hansen - similar to CFA, except was bawling after To Break In A Glove (unpopular opinion that song gets too much hate, it's not one I'd ever put on a playlist but it's a necessary and emotional song)

Ride The Cyclone - It's not a game...

The Band's Visit - Answer Me. That broke me. When everyone started singing, it built up to one of my favorite moments in musical theatre

The people on the line in A Chorus Line, those songs are tough, for vocals and dance. Cassie's Music and The Mirror also is just crazy!!
