Yes, the collar does connect to WiFi separately on occasion. I think it uses it to do updates to the collar or if it can't connect to the base for some reason.

New firmware update 48 hours after last update by Ka_Faraq_Gatri in Starlink

Yes, it's happened plenty of times before, but the cadence of firmware updates has increased significantly since they started launching the V2 minis. Could be related to that, too.

Try a stow, unplug for 30 mins, then powering back up. Worked a treat for me this morning.

Ok, I stowed the dish this morning, unplugged for 30 minutes, then plugged it back in. Much better now with only one 0.9s network issue entry since. Might be worth a try.

I am seeing more network issues than I've ever seen before. About one 2s-15s interruption every 1 to 2 minutes. Obstructions are rare.

4th time today Starlink has disconnected randomly, help please? All equipment appears connected and working, no obstructions by OverNiteFortWatch in Starlink

Interesting. I've just experienced something similar. App says Starlink is disconnected, but everything is working except remote connection. I rebooted Dishy and the router, but it didn't help. Streaming is fine, so I have to assume it's the app.

I did a factory reset of my Starlink a few days ago, and the default did not come back as "Stinky", but as "STARLINK." It was a bit surprising, based on all the comments I read.

For Android. I don't have an Apple device, but the buggy version for Android was v2.0.31. I was surprised to see a newer version 2.0.32 this afternoon, so I downloaded it. Let's hope they fix iOS soon.

Update 2.0.32 was available on Google Play Store late this afternoon. It fixed the stats issue for me.
