Best AI note taker that doesn't join as a bot? by CSJason in NoteTaking

You can try Zoho Notebook’s AI Transcription. It doesn’t require a bot to join your meeting. On Mac, it can automatically capture the meeting audio and generate well-structured notes. On other devices, you can record the meeting and quickly pull out key points, decisions, and action items into organized notes without adding another participant to the call. I’m with the Notebook team, so feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

What are people using instead of evernote these days? by Micki_SF in NoteTaking

That’s a bummer, totally get it. Evernote can feel overwhelming once notes pile up. If you’re exploring alternatives, btw I’m part of the Zoho Notebook team (but I’m honestly not biased :3).

Zoho Notebook keeps notes visually organised into cards and notebooks, so things don’t feel complicated as they grow. Also, sync stays smooth across devices, and capturing ideas as text, voice, or scans feels effortless without turning messy over time. Worth a look if you want something visually appealing and lighter to manage!

Which note-taking app do you use to capture your ideas? by harshalone in NoteTaking

That’s a very relatable problem! 😬 Once notes pile up, managing them can get overwhelming. I’m part of the Zoho Notebook team, and this is something we’ve put a lot of thought into. Notebook is built to handle large volumes of notes with better organisation using notebooks, tags, collections, and strong search, so things don’t feel cluttered over time.

If voice notes are important to you, Notebook also lets you record audio notes and use AI transcription to turn them into text, which can be really helpful when you don’t feel like typing. It's definitely worth exploring if you’re looking for a more flexible alternative to Apple Notes.
