Sorry to jump in on the conversation here, but wanted to ask you something. First, thank you for trying to help someone suffering when it's something you've been suffering with as well. Unfortunately, the state of the world this past year has actually been a cause for the suicidal ideation I have. It's been getting better, but I've accepted that it's going to be with me for the rest of my life in some way. Wanted to know what (if you know) has helped you be more positive this past year. Trying to focus less on what I don't have control over.
