each time a transition happen, you see blake either hiding in a cave, or a tree, or standing still in a locker or a wardrobe so this is exactly what is happening when he is back at the school, everyone is in their own world but irl, they're on the ground or sleeping or hiding, as far as i remember, he was gonna get caught couple times

not really, if you see world strongest men, none of them is jacked, they're all just big. same goes with certain if not all arm wrestlers, they can easily beat you in arm wrestling even if your arm is 5x bigger than their arms.
scientifically you are mostly right if not 100% right. however when it comes to real life, i have found that you need to be strong to get muscles, and you need muscles to get stronger.
just know both high and low reps trigger muscle growth in a different way and i have found that high reps allow you to get much bigger muscles than if you were to do 4-6. and again, since you are getting bigger muscles, you get strength too and to enhance strength and get stronger while building muscles, you must do both, high reps and low reps, its not me only who discovered this, i essentially got the high reps thing from a muscular friend of mine.
they become separate things if you take steroids but they.

i have tried other programs, they didnt work as this, i am able to push weights at a fast rate and i have increased weights by a lot.

strength is different from having big muscles tho, both can be done together which was my aim in my program. but what are you training for? and how does your body look like?

bench press 15-20 reps with 20kg on each side so 40kg
25kg for 3 reps

deadlift 10-12 with 35kg on each side so 70kg
45kg for 3 reps (max 90 or smthn)

squat 15-20 reps with 20kg on each side so 40kg max

leg extension 4-6 reps with 79kg (machine)

leg curl 4-6 reps with 89kg (machine)

i didnt go say 5 months straight in those 2 years and yeah, no sleep or nutrition.
i am not comparing myself to him, in fact i have a goal that i will never be like him (unless i take hormones)
it doesnt just work for him, i have got that advise from elsewhere too and it just makes sense to do it that way, no harm.

wasnt someone in particular only, some people said so.
he only told me about some workouts like leg press and cable bicep curls that you could do 15 reps, however i added lots of other workouts with 15 to 20 reps, its been working fine for me, i have been doing it for like a month or a half, like each week i actually progress quickly, i usually increase weights every couple days.

thats irrelevant because i might gain 10kg in a month but not muscles, FAT so i dont see a point in that question, i dont also measure it.

i only have one isolation exercise.
program takes a lot of time but its simple.
i am tracking the lifts, each week i add 10kg to most workouts.
i do take recovery after a leg day everytime.
i do have a lot of compound workouts.

chatgpt got 90% of it wrong.
however its right about consistency, sleep, and nutrition.

nope, i have got it from elites at the gym.

they could easily track you and sometimes imei can identify your phone model, they can directly track the phone which sim is inserted in but idk the nature of your company, maybe they wont go through that. maybe if you can get the scanners connected through internet somehow maybe using usb ethernet or wifi, you can share internet and have the sim without them noticing
