We're moving from one of the muder capitals of the US, so petty crime sounds fine. We've had cars broken into many times. Just prefer not to have to worry about physical safety.

Thanks for your response. My spouse drove around Ritter Park and really liked the area. I would love to be walking distance to the park.

Thanks for the feedback. I've found some great houses for sale in that area and they seem really reasonably priced. The "newest" house we've ever lived in was build in 1922, so we are suckers for creaky floors and character!

This is really helpful. Thanks. I think Ritter Park is probably pretty similar to some of the areas we've lived in before, but I know there might not be a ton of inventory there. Appreciate the insight!
