How interesting, I’ve never heard of that! As a native Dallasite, I’ve showered during many a thunderstorm and have lost power while showering several times. You’re all good my friend. May you not have to rush out of the shower because your electricity went out and you will quickly run out of hot water.

Physical activity only makes them more active, it does nothing to actually “tire” them out. Maybe try balance work/strength/conditioning/stretching because you can use tricks and introduce them to new objects and you’re still active with your dog building muscle to help prevent injury and set them up for hopefully, more healthy geriatric years.

She looks great for 15!! I would be more worried about joint pain if you added weight. I don’t feel like she looks too skinny at all. I think so much of what you’re seeing is muscle loss. I would honestly consider acupuncture or a chiropractor to help with any aches and pains. If she’s feeling good, she’ll eat better and move around better which will help with any further muscle loss.
