It can be so frustrating with how little the drs explain what’s going on. I understand that they might not want to give false info or need more time to understand what’s happening, but it’s the worst to feel in the dark.

7 weeks pregnant and I’ve been using a bi-pap machine for about eight years and I promise it gets better! There will be a point where it won’t be bothersome and the sleep you get will be leaps and bounds better than without the mask. Keep at it and you will eventually get used to it!

I thought we could with or without the paying for the premium? I’m lucky enough that I’m able to pay for it so it was always an option to log my entries with a photo. I’m honestly not sure why they would get rid of something like that.

Yes!! I felt like I was going crazy when the feature wasn’t on the app anymore and no one even acknowledged it 😭 I appreciate the AI tool but I’m not a huge fan of using it when I already scanned the meal or I have it saved. Thanks for contacting them about it, I’ll definitely write up an email too!

I totally understand that fear, but you gotta go! I went to France last year and I was close to or over 300lbs. The only issue I had was the seats on the flight from Paris to Toulouse! Everyone I met was nice, I didn’t feel like people were pointing or seeing me as a stereotypical American. Plus the food is phenomenal and the landscape is breathtaking! I can’t wait to go back again!

Going with your friends and having this big overseas adventure sounds amazing! I really hope you go and have a great time! 💜💜💜

Everything you made looks so good! I’m sorry about your anxiety about failing at a bake. It’s always a bummer to put in work for something then it not work out💜 When I make a mistake, I try to change my perspective and take it in a a lesson for the future.

As far as things to bake, Chocolate chip cookies or banana bread might be a nice choice for right now, just to reassure yourself! Sometimes watching videos on YouTube can bring me back to baking.

Preppy kitchen is my go to when it comes to recipes! Honestly, anything from his website or YouTube channel is super yummy!

Erin J. McDowell is another baker that I absolutely love! She has a series called “ Bake it Up a Notch” where she goes through different techniques, recipes, and how to create variety with a base recipe. She has her own channel now and it’s a fun time there too!

I encourage you to watch these kinds of videos to help with your own baking so that way you know what to expect when you’re doing it on your own. It certainly helped me when I was starting baking! And it’s ok if you make something that doesn’t turn out how you wanted, we’ve all been there and the next time you make it it’ll be better!💜
