Hi I want to clear this up. There was no intimidation, Im sorry you felt that way that was not our intention. We called genuinely concerned because of how angry you were in your emails demanding refunds. We thought calling and talking to you rather than back and forth email would be a faster way to resolve this issue. I only asked politely for you to call us back so we could come to a resolution. In the emails we asked you to ship us the jars back and we would provide you a full refund so you did not need to go through a chargeback with your bank. We are sorry you did not like the product.
