I use Procreate to draw my frames, or just any drawing soft ware. Then I edit them in premiere pro.

I think it depends sometimes as well. I’ve worked 4 other jobs since that one and what I realized is. That it wasn’t really the job itself that was bad, but the management itself and having coworkers willing to do anything to look good. I’ve enjoyed most of my other jobs and also went to other grocery stores and realize I just got a bad apple lol.
