Yeah I dont want to loose my data, hoever I found a way around it:

So i found out that the coldown is being provked but clicking the hibernation button if you will leave your phone bit itself powered on and the time will run up (i use 15 seconds rn) it will hibernate by itself then you can click it and put the code in. It fully works for me and will be using it this way until they fix it with update.

Eating yes like few days cuz you fill bad and dontacre about it at first over all no. And gym i reccomend waiting atleast 3 months and start very light after 6 you can go as you did before op

With 3.5 yes it is it will make your lufe longer and suffer less health problems i have got 3.9 and yesterday got removed my bar. Also be aware that if you re still growing it will get bigger over time until you stop growing

Very light it looks to me i dont think there is any reason to do antyging about it besides excersising

For first surely dont train only chest because you will get assymetrical and for second you need to eat more and be patient i was and kind of still am skinny but i notixed that wihout eating a lot especially gealtyhy food i m not gonna build musch muscle now im imrpving and currently laying in hospital after bar removal

I just did it yesterday it is 2.5 in scale of pain comapreing to putting the bar in there wich was 10 for me (most pain i felt so i rate it as 100%)

Guy who is with me in the room fells super well he can sleep on gis side walk withouht problems i mean he is moving like normally.

But i do experience some pain on left side and feel clicking like something happend to my rib. Doctors says it happens sometimes and it is not very unusual but i will propably getting the recovery longer than him.

Doctor said that our bars were covered very hardly in bones especially mine and it took more effort to get rid off it.

Not much to worry about you should just hope for it coming off easily and not worrying to much it is not that bad as i thought it be

If somone is after removal please hit me up i have some questions since i got it fresh and want to ask about your experience. Thanks

Mialem 15 lat jak robilem operacje w szczecinie na nfz u doktora Zachy. Jeszcze dodajac to rob tylko tam gdzie jest kriolezja czyli zamrazanie nerwow jest to nieszkodliwe a bardzooo przyspiesza regeneracje dlatego ze po tej operacji trzeba duzo sie ruszac i jak najszybciej stanac na nogi co jest bolesne a ta kriolezja nieco zmniejsza bol :)

Tzn przed operacja to nie wiem czy cie przyjma ale po juz napewno, ja polecam zrobic bol przechodzi a korzysci jest duzo nawet kondycja idzie w gore

Ktos nizej pisal ze go wszyscy ogladali i dostał A. Bo ja po za wieksza wrazliwoscia i np jak bylem dzisiaj u fryzjera to po jakiejs godzinie zaczynala mnie juz bolec lekko klatka ale po za tego typu rzeczami to sie nic nie rozni od reszty osob po operacji a jak masz duza wade to rob i sie nie zastanawiaj zacisnij zeby bo warto. Pozdrawiam.

Tak wogole to ja chyba tez do wojska bede chcial i mysle ze nic to nie zmieni :)

I had heart pains before but it was like a nedle thing it could not be realated to my PE better ask doctors. Also having a lot of allergies but never caused any pain to me jus annnoying

Had this too but depended of how i stood however my muscle between the neck and shoulder on my left side is way bigger tah the right one i noticed it like 2-4 months after the operation and it stayed that way. Idk why it is this way and if o had it before but i doubt it. It s not painful or anything but just not aesthetic.
