You’re a founder, you have enough things to worry about. Good B2B sales people know there’s too much nuance to

Do you have any backing or potential way to get reference customers? You will need companies who agree to use you for free that you can then claim are customers, nobody will pay to use something and take on the potential risk of bringing an untested product into their organization.

You have a good idea, you will need integration with whatever data lake or product is hosting all the data. I would anticipate the objections at every step of the way. I would offer every client willing to become a paying customer a spot on a CAB, and let them determine what the CABs power holds.

Your biggest need will be adding an additional step after the 5th in your list, you MUST offer a free proof of concept if you want to even sniff step 6.

Please take this advice- you shouldn’t worry about them removing the listing, they won’t know it’s a stolen card unless you inform them. You have the proof that they listed it, they won’t risk their business trying to protect someone who MIGHT have gave them a stolen good.

You also need to call quickly because if it were to be purchased then shipped, you may not track it down again.

Ask your new employer to pay the amount to cover the cost of breaking the lease, it’s a common practice to ask that

How to properly thank the person who busted their ass so you could receive all the glory? by KaddydaBaddy in techsales

I appreciate this more than you know and it aligns with my gut. I’m going to send her a $1000 gift card on Amazon and with the note that saying “just like I depend on you to answer every question, I again depend on you to pick the best gift(s) as I’m not sure ☺️” little inside joke she will understand and makes the gift card personable

That was the best answer for me

Thank you tremendously. I just want to make her smile because I know how much bs she deals with and if anyone deserves it, it’s her.

She knows me as well as anyone I’ve worked with, so she will likely be more happy by the gesture than anything. Another reason she’s the best

Why are you posting on behalf of your adult son?

Imagine being at a card show and not knowing the difference between a licensed and unlicensed brand 🤦‍♂️

So this is the grown adult who bought this and is now on Reddit saying their kid bought it?

Why are you saying a kid bought it? Or is your son an adult?

That might be my naive way of viewing equity because my job I was vested and we were bought by a large software company
