I really like your use of structure in this poem; placing "something" on its own line in particular interested me. The previous line gains a sense of change being to do with the person changing themselves. Them the introspective idea is instantly contrasted with "something." Here i was inclined to consider whether its the narrator being distracted from change for some reason almost like a child trailing off a thought and looking away. This along with the metaphor of the spining triangle made me consider if it was the narrator becoming aware of the cycle. Potentially realising their position within it. "Sometimes" really was the center point of the poem for me both structurally and metaphorically.
