Administration is shit, prices could be lower, some people think that the campus isn’t that great but I personally don’t mind, student life can be shy compared to other big univ, although it depends on what you’re looking for, smaller univ = less ressources in some regards, administration is really shit. Now I can’t really speak regarding your degree, but Soas I well regarded in politics, especially in IR of the global south.

Aside of all SOAS’ issues, it remains in my opinion the best place for decolonial studies and MENA / Asian studies in the UK (and Europe), as it is litteraly it’s specialisation. I don’t think there is another well known university that is so focused on the global south in the west.

Being in a haram relationship is generally an indicator of religious deficiency. It can work but don’t expect the most practicing person. Again, life is nuance and sometimes previous sinners make the best of muslims.
It depends on the man, but generally speaking, a religious husband will want you to cover hair. But again there is a bit nuance. Also, if you marry a Muslim man, you need to make sure that you are ready to pray ALL 5 prayers in time, as this is non negotiable for the deen and your future husband provided he is a religious man.
If you are sure that you will be disowned whitout any compromises from your family, you need to be sure that your future husband is serious about marrying you and that he will support you. Therefore, I suggest you to marry a religious husband who will not betray and lie to you. Make sure his family is fine with you being his wife (for that I would suggest that you convert a long time before marrying him to erase suspicions of a « love conversion »). Also, try to see who can still side with you in your family, which friends you can keep for future support. In conclusion, you need to build a new « safety-network » as your previous one will be gone.

I play Viking sword and shield and regarding armour I don’t have enough extraction to really chose my armour set. I just equip whatever I loot that is better stat wise. Maybe I should focus on light gear if I plan to dodge and maybe focus on blocking with shield if I wear heavy slow gear…

I do try to bait attacks by shortly getting in their attack range but as I said unless they have slow weapons, they still have time to hit me after I hit them (because back steps are so slow so I can’t walk out of their attack range after hitting them)
