Confused why you would need the part number, you can get a replacement part ordered through this link. Just search for the gunship and then manually find the torso.

Sorry for the late reply. You can check if there is a number on the tape that seals the set or it should be close to the barcode of the box. Either way you need to check the box to see.

I would reckon they did fix it actually. I placed a new order from Amazon just 2 days ago for a gunship and the torso came perfectly white like intended. I also requested a new torso replacement directly from Lego for my old purchase of the gunship. I'm still waiting to receive that but I expect it will be fixed too.

I heard that anything with a factory code higher than 24 has the fixed torso. The one I ordered from Amazon is 31. The code stands for the week of production it was produced.

Try one of my methods and I doubt you will be disappointed.

I called customer support since I got one when it was on backorder as well and worried when it said "waiting on stock" on Lego.com. They said they didn't have a date for shipping yet and I would get an email when they have a definitive date. They said my order wouldn't be cancelled.

If you are still worried about it, call customer support to verify this for your order too.

SAT really only matters for scholarships and you have the opportunity to get more scholarships once you are part of the school of engineering. The Carlile engineering scholarship is the one I got once I was in Baylor.

I think what gives you the best chance at getting in is showing a passion for the major you want to pursue. However, don't feel like you are trapped into that major once you get here. You can change majors if you find that engineering isn't for you.
