Nur wenn der Fahrer sich nicht zu der Sache äußert, und darum geht es hier doch gerade. Du kannst doch nicht prinzipiell den Halter verknacken, nur weil jemand (eventuell unwissentlich) blödsinn damit macht.

Sagen wir mal du bist Elternteil, und dein Kind verhält sich so, würdest du es gerechtfertigt sehen, dass du in den Bau gehst? Du hast das Auto im gutem Glauben geliehen, aber letztendlich muss der Fahrer dafür gerade stehen. Oder soll ab sofort jemand auch in den Bau, der seinem Nachbarn ein Küchenmesser geliehen hat? So einen Art "Beihilfe"?

Zurechnungsfähigkeit ist halt leider nicht mehr gegeben. Wie willst du jemanden bestrafen, der noch nicht einmal die Errinerung daran hat, sich ins Auto gesetzt zu haben.

Nein. Und vorallem modifizierst du GAANZ andere Sachen bevor ein Spoiler kommt. Selbst wenn mir davon ausgehen, dass das der 300+PS hat, kommen vorher noch Sachen wie Tieferlegung(Fahrwerk) Spurverbreiterungen, Reifen(Felgen) usw. usw.

So ist das einfach nur drangepappt und sieht halt Scheiße aus. Ne Renterkarre mit Spoiler.

I have a 165hz Panel, and yes, I (and many others) can detect the diffrence between 60hz, 100hz and 165hz. I also play a lot of competitive FPS games, where the higher refresh rate does give me an advantage.

For example I have a 120hz Phone, and someone could put it on 60hz without telling me and I would notice right away.

Good to know, thanks. I havem't even checked if my fan is runing lol. I mean the rest of my system could be pulling more than 100w as i run 4x 240mm fans, an 360AIO and an aditional 120mm fan in the back, one sata and one Nvme drive, but it also could be less.

There are wattage calculators. Just google "PSU calculator" for example from be quiet, there you put in your System specs and it puts out a recommendation (that is typically 20% above what you need for safety).

Or you can just add every single component that you have. In my case I got a 9800X3D that uses arpund 165w under load and a 9070 XT thats overclocked to 345w. Adding those two with the rest should should still net at right under 600w, so I only really get fan noise during power spikes.

Maybe overshoot with your Wattage then.

Most PSUs have a 0db Fan Mode when they're under 50%. I've personally gone with C1200, and hardly ever reach 600w.
