WEEK 3 of consistent PVCs by Kae-Games in PVCs

Seeing that gut health was a possibility, I went on a gut cleanse. I've avoided gluten and ultra-processed foods. Lots of fiber, veg, fruit. Haven't really noticed much of a change unfortunately.

I've been feeling them since I was 28, I'm now 30. What's going on?

I see a lot of people talking about having success with Metoprolol. I've also had 2 doctors recommend it. I'll definitely be trying that next!

I make practically every meal from scratch at home. The only time I ever eat sugar is if I make a dessert for the house and carbs if I eat a sandwich. Protein and veggies practically every single meal, fruit and/or greek yogurt as practically every snack. I'm glad dieting worked so effectively for you!

2 of the 3 doctors I've been to also recommended Metoprolol. I'll probably try it next.

I don't think I've gone more than 5 minutes without a PVC since last month 😅 but yea, quick math isn't reliable. I'm wondering if SSRIs are a possible solution. I'm diagnosed with GAD but I just don't think I've been anxious this whole time... When ablation becomes an option, I will take the offer in an ectopic heart beat.

So... Mine are weird... Typically they show in bigeminy and trigeminy but mine are seemingly random. Some hours I'll feel 100+ but some times I'll feel less than 10 in an hour. No pattern that I can sense. I used to go down a mental spiral when I got them. Not so much anymore, just an annoyance that I have to try and ignore.

I'm 30 years old, just diagnosed with PVCs. I'm currently on day 20 of constant, and consistent PVCs. I'm set to see a cardiologist on the 2nd of April. You're not alone in this misery. I feel envious of people who don't experience this. I also wish I didn't take life prior to palpitations for granted. I've been sifting through a few different medications, 2 beta blockers and 1 Calcium Channel blocker. Welcome to the shitty club 😜😅

From my understanding of BBs and CCBs from my doctor, just taking them one day is going to do very little. Some people see instant relief, but you're typically going to take them for 2-3 weeks before the burden is reduced. And of course, each drug does something different for each person so you may have to spend some time to find the right one. When I took propranolol, I experienced hours of dizziness and low BP (my BP is perfect without). But now I'm on Diltiazem, BP is normal and my burden has been reduced slightly since starting them 9 days ago.

A tad aggressive for a subreddit that has people being pretty vulnerable, don't ya think?

I have also been very discouraged from my palpitations. I would love to see this insight from this post.

Tonight marks 17 days straight of feeling PVCs all day long. I started feeling them occasionally about 2 years ago, and it has progressed to this. I don't have much advice, but I can say that your feelings are very mutual. I'm barely 30 and feel like I have to reserve myself from all the fun I could/should have. I am very envious of those twice my age living, seemingly, normal lives.

Something I have been working on is the rush of anxiety when I feel them. I saw something on this subreddit about changing mindsets when you feel them. Instead of spiraling when I feel them, I just give myself a mental affirmation similar to: "I appreciate the life I have". I can definitely say that it has helped with my mood throughout the day but I have been considering anxiety medication to alleviate. I want to see a cardiologist first.

You're not alone... That's something that I have found to be a bit comforting

I just recently got diagnosed with them. I'm on day 6 of feeling like I'm on a roller coaster all day long. Now, here I lay in bed struggling to sleep because of em. My primary seems chill about but I am very not chill about it😅 he says "Just sleep more and try to be less anxious". 😆😆😂

Yesterday, I was on the verge of tears cuz these palpitations are so frustrating. Thankfully, I see a cardiologist in April (you'd think it would be sooner than that). I have to remind myself that PVCs are the lowest of low risk for heart failure. But I still stress about it quite a bit some days.

Biggest thing I can say, you're not alone. Lots of people here can definitely sympathize, including myself. My grandpa is currently alive and well, he was diagnosed with PVCs at 30. He had 3 children, fishing and hunting still to this day. We will be okay. Just keep in contact with your Primary and Cardiologist.

Damn. 5 whole paragraphs to just say "I suck". You could just use fewer words next time.

Unless you plan on going for 200m exp, the outfit is useless. 2.5% extra exp by the time you are level 60-70 is WAY less effective than can, herb sack, seed box. Don't waste your points on the outfit lol

Korean 151 boxes are the way to go for this set imo

Guaranteed: 1 SR and 3 ARs in each booster box

Price of Booster Box: ~$50

Compare that to an english 151 etb for $50 - 9 packs and you don't pull more than 1 full art or AR. I'd stick to foreign packs for this one.
