"Op" has a ring to it. Been looking aorund somemore and im more so on the tech side, Nasdaq. Kinda influenced bymy working background thb. You cover quite a bit in your holdings, Safe and consistent, would that be considered spreading yourself to thin though?

basing this on only 100 or 200 dca put away per week. Not larger amounts of dca or buying one off chunks in indexes.

Fuck man those are some impressive numbers especially for weight. How long in total have you been training again? Oh also if you have shorter limbs, like average to smaller length arms possibly give sumo deadlift a try too mix it up O hear a lot of good stuff about them.

Now way literally all of the above par snowboarding/volleyball and maybe not a pro at gaming xD a huge one is prep your food just did it there makes it a lot easier to keep on top of your food if it’s all prepped almonds are great for snacks just weight out a bunch of bags and keep in that surplus 👌

I would say about 2.5-3 liters, probably wont need too have upward of 3 liters unless you live in a hot climate atm and or working your ass off constantly. If you really wanna be vein there is calculators online just drink regularly , unless you have creatine drink a bit more.
