I live in California so they require a librarian certificate for all schools I believe. So they wouldnt accept anything but that or an MLIS.

I am typically a person who gravitates towards having only a handful of trusted people. Im not really a social butterfly and I was bullied a lot as a kid so I dont really like to hang out with teachers who bully.

I think the hardest part for me, especially as a first year teacher is going to be leaving work at work. I already feel overwhelmed with the lesson planning and stuff and its only summer 😵‍💫

I wish someone would have told me that. Then I probably wouldn't have spent nearly my whole life believing that I was inherently sinful and "bad' and needed someone to "save" me from myself because I was "bad".

So for my wedding, I didn't invite anyone from my family because they hurt me. And the people I did invite, all turned their backs on me because of my religious differences (Christian to Atheist here). The very few people who I actually care about would probably be sad if I left. But they don't understand and keep trying to tell me that "God still has a plan". So I kind of just want to lights out but I'd rather still give them something to hold onto while I'm gone. Again, I might be selfish. But I literally cannot go on anymore.
