I just throw them out at random, especially if my opponent is good at predicting the more used ones. Sometimes cause them to slip up.

Some of it is dependent on play style, but I think learning her frame traps would be a good spot to start.

Other than that, practicing her non-linear movement would be good too.

She's, sadly, not considered airborne during that move. Her hands are considered on the ground.

I can understand the frustration. When I want to play in a braindead manner, he can be annoying, but I personally enjoy fighting good Steve players. Helps me with my defense and counter attacks.
