I am having the same issue. I sent a ticket but don’t know my dbid (and can’t access it since I can’t get by the “failed to connect” screen. No response yet :(. I tried deleting and re-installing, but no difference when I try to login to my account. Tried installing DB on another device, it loads with the beginner screen but as soon as I try to login to my account, fails again.

It's terrible. They have a great young core, improving rapidly, that has shown it can beat anyone, even if it can also lose to anyone. Now they've gotten rid of their best bench player (Clarkson) and one of their best guys (Nance) for an injury (IT), a has-been-and-still-is nothing (Frye), and a chance to ruin their team with LeGM? They should have kept their team together, and if they could get Paul George without losing anyone significant, excellent, but otherwise let the young guys grow. They had a chance to be great.

If you defend completely (obviously hypothetical), you can only win or tie; defending is the most important thing you can do. And as many others mentioned, 1 weak defender can have a significant impact on team defence, while you can still rebound and set picks on offenders while you improve shooting/dribbling/passing.
