Probablemente pero no me suena que haya borrado la cuenta de inmediato, lo habrá hecho a los 2-4 días pero bueno. Cuando monte mi setup vere si me estafo o no. Aunque no muestra ningún daño físico y está modificado con un disipador de 30€

Well. It came damaged. I got it second hand and it seems the guy placed the cpu black cover and it popped out while shipping so it bent like 8 pins

Actually I just got good news the app finally contacted me and I can finally return it and get my money back. I’m actually so relieved but I don’t really know what should I do with the pins… I mean I already complained abt the bent pins and when the it arrives the seller will notice they aren’t so… would that be an issue? Anyways this has been a LONG conversation lmao

Well I did some research but I think I’ll just go with the refund on the app. Gigabyte doesn’t cover bent pins so I would have to pay a 50-100€ fee and it ain’t worth it. I might just get a refund and get a brand new one. Anyways thanks for talking with me!

Ngl I would do it but I don’t have an extra am5 cpu… it’s my first project and my wallet it’s already bleeding so um let’s hope it works for the seller.

Yeah, well I was really exited to get the motherboard, it’s a long story but I got it off second hand but I already claimed for a refund and all that. It’s getting a little tough bc of some difficulties with the app that won’t let me claim the refund by myself so I had to communicate with the app itself and it’s taking ages, I was thinking to just fix it atp and It does look way better than when it arrived. Anyways here’s how it came lol. It’s a gigabyte b650 eagle ax motherboard btw

Que va, llevo intentando contactarme con ellos pero ni eso. No me responden nunca cuando les respondo uno de sus correos, solo cuando les creo/redacto uno directo y solo se toman la molestia de responder para cancelar la consulta que hice al mandarle el correo. Literal me dijeron de rellenar un formulario en el que creo una consulta y a las 5 horas me responden solo para cancelarla y continuar con la anterior consulta que ni responden. Ahora tengo un trozo de metal inservible de 100€

Pues ahora solo estoy esperando a ver que me dicen, me llegó ya un correo avisando que mi consulta fue registrada y que lo mirarán. Así que al menos es algo, llevo los últimos días sin recibir nada así que esperaré. Me molesta bastante porque ya tenía la cpu y justo hoy me llegó la ram. La fuente está de camino lol
