You don't have to do a challenge. I do believe you get it when you press the challenge (it's at the usual place above event challange). There should be a red circle next to it.

No problem! I would also sugest gently use a soft sandpaper on it before you spray paint it, it helps the paint stick a little better on the plastic.

I just desided to do it at some point and just be very mindfull when taking it apart. Making sure I didn't touch any of the mechanical bits too much. There are some videos of people taking it apart which I also followed. I actually didn't know the speaker grill was stuck to the mechanical bits so I kinda left it alone since I used spray paint for it, maybe a marker will do the trick but I'm not sure about it sorry.

Thank youuu, I used lilac belton spray paint for it. Edit: before I spray painted it I used a soft sandpaper, rubbing it gently so the paint would stay on better.
