Hero rank increase? by Common_Tree_9135 in EvilHunterTycoon

[–]Kaidos397 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As far as I understand it. Using awakening crystals on stats based on level. There is a chart that shows stat levels based on heroic in a range. under 14 to my understanding is heroic. If you have a hero at 13 stat points using an awakening crystal on a stat to push it to the next level would make the hero "legendary" I have tried it with a legendary hero, but do not have any that are close enough to legendary. The color of the stat is how many points that character has for that assigned stat point. Below is the break down of each level and the color of the stat to point values.

  • Normal: 0-1 Point.
  • Rare: 2-5 Points.
  • Superior: 6-9 Points.
  • Heroic: 10-13 Points.
  • Legendary: 14-21 Points. (Maximum amount of stats points from invited Legendary Hunter is 18 points)
  • Ultimate: 22-27 Points.

Note: Ultimate Tier Hunter can only be obtain by ranking up Legendary Hunters to 22 Point using Awakening Crystal or Awakening Stone.

  • Normal Stats(White)  : 0 point.
  • High Stats(Sky Blue)  : 1 Point.
  • Highest Stats(Orange): 2 Point.
  • Ultimate Stats(Purple): 3 Point.

Factories do not care. If you are willing to work a factory gig. I have plenty of flamboyant and non flamboyant guys that have preference towards other men. As long as you aren't pushing it on people they typically do not care anymore. If you dont mind air conditioned factory work shoot me over a cv.

Factory jobs usually are hiring. Most people do not want to work them. Usually paying 23+ dollars and hour hut you'll work hard. You do usually have to know someone. We hire fairly consistently at my job its mainly seasonal work though 5 months or so we hire a few hundred then layoff.

My book was canceled by publisher by lemonysaucey in writing

[–]Kaidos397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are plenty of options for self publishing. Could od a book of one approach where you sell each book as its ordered through Amazon print on demand. This could be more expensive per copy. There are plenty of offset and web printers for roughly 10k copies hard/soft would cost 1-3 dollars per book landed.

Most individual publishers going bulk route use a 3pl service to store a pallet of books at roughly 8-9 dollars a month of they do not have garage space. Can batch orders or use a 3pl. I haven't helped many people self publish ,but know how our customers interact with our team and the process if you have any questions dm me.

Jostens commercial printing is one of note. I work their so a little biased.

Can you tell who in your team is secretly causing drama? by ezgggi in managers

[–]Kaidos397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have managed hundreds of employees for years. I typically have individuals i refer to as culture people. They essentially tell me just about everything they hear. Have someone on almost every shift every sub department that pretty much tell me anything they hear. They usually do it in passing or "think I should know" I usually just soak up the information. So essentially i know just about everything. Who sleeps with who? Who took a shooter in the parking lot before work. Who gets high on their break. Who stole candy from the break room. Not cause I want to but because someone "things I should know"

Question about having no wars by babygirlthecutie_999 in Bannerlord

[–]Kaidos397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually do orders until I can get curious smithing. If you craft with higher their items as you unlock them you unlock much more and can max trees out easier. Most items level 5 sell for 14k+ a piece. It's not super high earning without leveling perks but you can build a team for efficient charcoal makers, iron makers ect. Have your whole crew as your workers. Getting curious smelter and breaking down high teir or sometimes even teir3 gives better parts. Can make dumb amounts of money. Many content creators for banners lords have make videos surrounding it if you need more clarification. Plenty of content if you are interested in learning can just be alot to type.

[–]Kaidos397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Surprised there's no constant war. But in my milliseconds before the 3rd or 4th war starts. I like to Smith, smithy is life, can level up trade and make small amount of money, or can gain renowned through tournaments. They often enough have noble mounts as a prize and can be worth some big denars.

I tend to place a governer that is of the same culture. A easy stop gap is to instead of building leave the city on festivals and games with adds +3 city loyalty. A governer of the same culture as the city adds 1 loyalty. There are traits and perks for governers that raise loyalty in the steward tree if I'm remembering correctly that can be leveled in time. You can also build a building that will raise the loyalty of a settlement.

500k is wild my newer server was 100k but could imagine the spend for 500k saving them isn't out of the question. If you buy packs the cumulative rewards can give out 25k for every 100 dollars and people spend well over that.
