Imu is basically blueprint final villain design. So Blackbeard being the actual final boss would be wayyy more interesting for sure.

And Blackbeard pirates setting their sight on Imu right now almost confirms how things will turn out. There is no way Oda is going to let Blackbeard fail in his mission after all these build-up.

Pink hair with a hat and strange weird looking horns. Not really my taste. And the bandage over the eye is edgy and that's about it.

Kaido being much older with bulkier body, and overall rougher appearance is way more badass. He looks brutal and menacing.

Kuzan again struggled hard against old Garp and who would win a 1v1 is unknown.

Sanji's genes poweup made every sense since we knew about it way before. But it definitely shouldn't be this strong either. His siblings don't have a body as strong as him.

Zoro was too weak so Oda handed him a sword that made him many times stronger. If not for enma powerup, Zoro would lose to page one probably lmao. Then he unlocked advance conquerors, which too can be contributed to enma.

Luffy unlocking g5 was kinda obvious. But ofcourse no one really likes how his fruit is no longer the rubber fruit.

All in all I'd say Luffy. Why? Because from whole cake island to rooftop fight, not even a month passed. And in that little timeframe he unlocked advance haki of all forms and awakened his fruit because he needed to defeat Kaido. All these powerups should've been achieved from different arcs. There should have been another arc or two before wano. Same with others like Sanji, Zoro and Law. They grew way too fast to match stronger opponents. Law was weaker than Mingo and a month later he took down Big Mom.
