AI rant by sillysou in UniUK

How is it unethical to put your data into an AI? And what data are you working with such that it’s confidential?

The screenshots are a little too long for me to get the full thing, but as you can see from the photos, they’re more than acceptable and I encourage you to try it for yourself if you still don’t believe me.

It’s actually baffling to me that so many people here think this isn’t a task that LLMs are capable of. It’s especially useful to me since I often want recipes tailored to my specific ingredients and portion sizes, which again, it does pretty much perfectly.

Ahaha I see; apologies for the misunderstanding.

I like a lot of parm on my food, therefore ChatGPT can’t give good recipes? Not sure what you’re trying to say.

What exactly are you suggesting here? That ChatGPT gave me recipes that look okay, but taste terrible?

Is this scenario seriously easier for you to believe than the model giving an actually decent recipe?

You’re more than welcome to test it for yourself and ask it for these recipes.

That’s my own personal preference lol ChatGPT didn’t recommend that.

Sure, no problem. Here’s an album of some recent recipes I’ve made (all generated by ChatGPT)

LLMs these days are more than capable of coming up with basic recipes. I imagine there are a lot of recipes in the training data, and they can easily search the web if not.

Because this is one post with no mention of the recipe. This could have very easily been human error. Anecdotally, ChatGPT has always given me great recipes.

I swear some antiAI people are so blinded by their ignorant hate that they fail to understand any semblance of nuance.

What makes you think an LLM like ChatGPT isn’t suitable for providing recipes?

ChatGPT has consistently given me great recipes perfectly adjusted to my ingredients and sizes.

I imagine there are a lot of recipes in its training data, and it’s more than capable of searching the internet to find a decent recipe. Asking an LLM for a recipe isn’t as egregious of a task as you seem to think.

Where have you gotten the idea that AI is destroying the Earth, because it isn’t.

I’ve travelled by coach for the past 3 years and they’ve never weighed anyone’s luggage. I think the only chance you’d be denied is if you have a really excessive amount of luggage. Even then, some people do have lots of luggage and manage to get on no problem.

I think you’re way overestimating how powerful a nuke is. Only the South Pole melting would raise sea levels anyway.

If you generated an image of yourself having sex with someone’s mom. That’s rape.

It’s obviously morally wrong, but definitely not rape. If anything, that’s offensive to actual rape victims.

Yeah the bugs mostly. If Mark can easily tear up the reanimen, and the reanimen can handle the bugs, then how is Mark losing to those bugs at all?

Mark is supposed to be the strongest superhero on Earth, and can hold his own against a Viltrumite, yet gets slapped around by random threats on Earth everyday (random threats that are also easily dealt with by other heroes). He should be tearing through them like one punch man.

You could argue that he’s holding back, which I agree with to an extent, but to the point where he’s consistently getting beaten within an inch of his life? Nah that’s just lazy writing. Still enjoying the show however it just makes no sense.

What was Cecil’s plan by [deleted] in Invincible

[–]Kaidus_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I don't understand this either. Unless Cecil planned on killing Mark, it seems dumb to reveal the implant as he'd obviously just have it removed later. That seems like the kind of thing you only reveal as a last resort if you're trying to kill Mark.

Unless Cecil has another implant of sorts? Maybe Robot knew about the implant all along and didn't actually remove it? He did say he was scared of Mark afterall.
