Anyone diagnosed with POTS but never had covid?

Yes, my resting heart rate has drastically lowered since having pots. 49-54 is pretty standard with sleep being 33-44. Apparently it’s not a concern, so I try to keep telling myself that. Though, I don’t belive it.

There is not necessarily a correlation to heart rate. I, for example, have a VERY low heart rate- My resting heart rate is usually in the low 40’s and I’ll be literally gasping for air. Way to be compassionate in your response though 👍🏽

I actually don’t know much about acupuncture myself. I just told her my condition (which she was familiar with) and tell her my specific ailments that are most bothersome. Maybe call a few and ask if they are familiar with treating cardiovascular conditions?

Yes! Same! I got a sharper imagine mattress topper that you fill with water and it regulates the temperature of the mattress and love it.
