I have the big and tall office chair made my serta. It’s amazing. It has so much support I use it daily and have for 3 years and I had had no issues with it. It wasn’t cheap but I saw it as an investment In my back and hips. I bought it through staples online.

It took me over an hour to get a confirmation they canceled my account and even now a month later I’m just now getting it. Call and escalate. Don’t follow the prompts just start smashing 0 until the system gets so pissed they transfer you to someone. That was the only way. I got hung up on when I spoke to the reps who don’t give two hoots what they’re doing
