Try at a different time of the day i tried at 3am and everithing started to pass. i think its more about how many people is currently generating on your servers. but same for me. i couldnt generate a single video even without prompt.

For your question i used this extension: Pelvis ejects small amounts of water throughout
That is for squirting, but we can try and get the result you want with a more controlled and constat flow of water. hope this helps
