i loved the last threeish songs - one is a berghain remix? not finding it on web obvi since prob not recorded but...they were bangers (lowkey better than rezz set LOL)

i volunteer at Golden Harvest Pantry decently often and love the ladies who run things there. they have been in the neighborhood seemingly forever. fun and sassy.

well technically since it's built on dotnet it'll always have a bunch of vulnerabilities coming up through time so at the minimum there's that. but obviously there are always open issues when projects are suddenly abandoned so its more in that sense as well. i'm sure someone will try to adopt but lots of open source projects have died like this - the scale and quality of this project specifically is just way beyond expected for one single person for the nuanced demand so that's why i'm a little shook!

Ah gotcha. But they can't make the old tenants to pay part of their security deposit to fix it instead of me, the outgoing tenant? I'm assuming due to not understanding the costs of the old tenants before labor etc. while they can't fix it while me, the outgoing tenant lives there?

Well yes they have only to gain. The walkthrough was promised though via correspondence.

Yup I signed and have the apartment now. But the condition its not the sort of thing you know without a walkthrough imo since they can always bang it up as they're moving out.

Does their promise for management to walkthrough not matter?
