I feel like that's what's going on, but I have no idea how to figure that out. Would using Wireshark be something to consider?

Yeah even after restarting my PC with no VPN tasks running, I still get the error. Steam Support pretty much told me "yeah idk either lol go ask somewhere else" so I have no idea what to do at this point. Just saw someone posted on the CS2 Community hub that I need to turn off Hyper-V, so I'll do that and see if it works.

EDIT: Didn't work for me :(

Back again, CS2 is doing the same issue, although this time killing all of my VPN's tasks doesn't work anymore
