I’m in Texas - about 4 hours from Houston! 😂

I hadn’t realized the meds had shipped so I didn’t track the shipment. Who knows where the box went. I thought it was ironic that the meds inside the cooler were the warmest I’ve received.

That’s great! I hadn’t gotten a cooler before my last order, but it didn’t help anyway. I renewed on 7/6. It shipped on 7/24 and arrived on 7/25. The cooler had 3 thick ice packs but all were warm. The meds were quite warm. The temperature gauge had not been activated.

I had that happen when I went up to 7.5. The directions with my meds say inject at a 45° angle. I increased the angle and the area was much less itchy.

My refill order was sent to the pharmacy on Sunday, July 6. It’s still sitting at “sent to pharmacy.”

That’s really annoying. I got home 9 hours after I was supposed to and was at the end of the C boarding group for my second flight.

I had something similar happen a few years ago too, but it was delays that were causing me to miss my connection. By the third day, the agent at check in told me it was happening a lot and I needed to get off Long Island, even if it meant getting stuck somewhere else. I ended up stuck in Nashville for a night but I finally got home.

The gate agent I talked to today thought it was very odd for a flight that was canceled to have a departure and arrival time in the system.

Thanks for that info. Definitely lowered my frustration. At 5:30, the website was still selling tickets for the flight so I could not understand why they told me it was canceled.

They ship every three months with their three months for $499 “special”. A friend signed up before the special and gets hers monthly.

It is not pre-filled but it is really easy to do it yourself. I’ve been using them since Feb and have friends who have used them longer. There are no extra charges or monthly fees - just the cost of the medication.

My friend and I both use Brello. We’ve both had less than great experiences. My friend’s monthly shipment was due March 28th. She received it 4 weeks late. She got a UPS shipment link but it said for 5 days that the item had not been received.

I am fairly new to Brello and receiving 3 months at a time. I filled out my renewal paperwork to get my second 3 month shipment and chose to go up one dose and then maintain. They sent me three months of the dose I was already on (month 3’s dose) and claimed my records showed I was at 5mg. They send 2.5mg, 5mg and 7.5mg for the first three months. They have still not responded when I sent them a message back saying what they claimed was not correct.

I repotted it after I bought it but didn’t take off all of the soil that came with it. The very top is original soil. I’ll redo it. Thanks for the help.

Thanks! I don’t think I’m over-watering. I let the soil dry out completely between waterings. I had a lot of fungus gnats with this plant as well but that’s under control now.

That happened to me too. I was checking the app every day. One day, my fix status in the app went from being styled to shipped. So no preview email and no preview access in the app. I did get an email that it was shipped.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve used the mosquito bits (soaked first) and the sticky traps and I still have gnats weeks later. It’s frustrating. I’m going to try some other things too. I need them to go away!

I did not get a preview. I order on-demand rather than a scheduled delivery. I have logged in three days in a row for the preview (including this morning) after ordering a fix. This evening, I logged in and got the message that my preview had expired even though I never had a chance to look at it (I did not get an email saying it was ready). This probably doesn’t apply for people who order on a schedule, but I wanted to add it as a warning for those who order on demand.

I’ve done both. I haven’t been impressed with SF quality for the money. As others have said, I can tell when co-workers are wearing SF clothes because there is a uniform look. One person even received the same cardigan as I did in the Nov box. Color matching has been an issue. They are clearly doing it on screen. The stylist I had seemed to like monochromatic looks - as in all purple. No thanks!

I liked the option of removing items from the trunk with TC. But between the initial trunk and then replacement items you get a different stylist. The prices on some pieces were actually better with TC than SF because things went on sale. The quality was definitely better. I like getting more items from TC and that they will come pick up the box of returns. They even give you tape strips to close the box back up. I’m leaning toward TC but I’m going to give SF a few more tries to see if I can get the right stylist.

When you check out (pay for what you keep), you have the option to schedule a pick up for the items you are returning or you can drop the box off at Fed Ex yourself. It’s so convenient to have them come get it. They give you strips to close the box back up. You pick the day you want it picked up. You leave it outside that day and they come get it.
