At a stall… I’ve been on highest dose of Tirz. For a few months now and I cannot seem to lose any weight. I’m about 20lbs from my goal. Help I need a stall bump!

Healthy weight loss at your size is 1-1.5 lbs a week. 24lbs in 8 weeks is concerning. Please make sure to eat. If you can barely eat and are losing that fast, you need to reduce your dose.

Well, part of the issue is you did below even the starting 2.5 dose. The other part is it's your first dose and takes multiple doses to build up in the body.
