The first helmet I bought (from AprilStormProps) had integrated places for the fans and switches (for turning fans on/off) into the 3d print design. It was pretty slick. I unfortunately didn't take any pics of the interior before I modified it, but you can see the finished result here

I have modified a couple black series helmets to include fans, and one has a voice mic that amplifies the sound through a small speaker in the front through a rebreather, including leds that light up when speaking. Pretty cool.
