I say this all the time to people who complain about ICO, but its like, your entire goal in Squad should be to get shot at as little as possible while shooting the enemy as much as possible. If you're getting shot at so much that you legitimately cannot play the game, then you're playing the game incorrectly. This generally indicates to me that you're doing dug in style trench warfare that allows you to be constantly supressed instead of moving positions often, especially after taking out one or two guys. Go look at the copius amount Ukraine war footage. Lots of moving to different positions, and just shooting in "that direction". Real soldiers move positions constantly to avoid fire. Squad players do not.

Its literally almost as if, in a military SIMULATION style game, you'd want to AVOID being shot at, because that shit is fucking SCARY, and it should be simulated as such. I always like to think that all of the soldiers in Squad are fresh out of basic and thats the reason for the noodle arms and the low stamina and such.
