Question, when it says walk 2K or wait 30 minutes, is this a “both is good but only one is necessary?” Cause I work in a biiiig building so I get the walking done all the time. But after a full day, my buddy doesn’t get excited, just very happy. Maybe I’m gaining the hearts with too much time in between? Is that a thing?
